<p class="xmsonormal"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#212121">Just a few things to keep in mind as you are getting ready:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#212121">1. Plan to present for 10-15 minutes so that others get to engage and comment on your work.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="text-indent:35.4pt"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#212121">2. How you present is up to you:
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="margin-left:35.4pt;text-indent:35.4pt"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#212121">a. Some just bring a video snippet and introduce it, leaving some time to play it 2-3 times as in a mini data session.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="xmsonormal" style="margin-left:70.8pt"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#212121">b. Others like to prepare 2-3 slides with some background before presenting the video. This can be especially valuable if you are working
on a new technology that people are unlikely to be familiar with and/or if the setting is very complex and needs further explanation.

<p class="xmsonormal" style="margin-left:35.4pt"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#212121">3. We typically do not distribute transcripts in a show and tell, but you may want to subtitle your video if talk is important (and/or if
