as “conversing with a robot”, “interacting with a vocal agent”, etc.? Are there diverging (un)acknowledged assumptions about these phenomena in HRI/HCI research or in the industry (e.g., regarding action/agency/recipiency)?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

HRI/HCI/design paper, a commercial robot’s technical documentation that describes what a “human-robot interaction” is or should be, design documents, quotes from industry professionals, ethnographic observations, etc.
